Delete your MangaMade account and data

You can delete your account in the app or request help if you cannot sign in.

Delete your account in MangaMade

  1. Sign in and open Settings.
  2. Select Delete account, then confirm the request. Enter your password if asked.
  3. Your account and personal workspace are deleted after confirmation. If a team workspace has other members, resolve that membership first or contact support.

Cannot sign in?

Email privacy@mangamade.com from the address on your account and ask to delete your MangaMade account. Do not send your password. We may verify that you own the account before processing the request.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleting your account removes your profile, personal workspace, series, characters, chapters, uploads, generated art, exports and that workspace's credit history. Share links stop working. Payment and invoice records may be kept where required for tax, fraud prevention or other legal obligations. Technical logs and backups expire on their normal retention schedules.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can delete individual series or chapters in the app. For another data deletion request, email privacy@mangamade.com from the address on your account and describe the data you want removed.
